We are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team in our offices based in Biggleswade.

As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Searching for candidates using a range of job boards, CV Databases, Social Media etc
• Assist consultants in the shortlisting and submission of candidates and the provision of the market
• CV formatting: Assisting consultants by preparing CV’s so that they are ready to send to our clients
• Advertising roles using multiple advertising tools
• Conducting screening calls with candidates
• Supporting Consultants with coordination activities as required
• Logging and processing of all vacancies ensuring relevant approvals are received
• Ad hoc projects: Provide administrative support to all areas of the business as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a similar role e.g. Recruitment/Administrator/Coordinator
• A good understanding of the recruitment life cycle
• Ability to build good relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Microsoft office skills and ideally experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High standards and quality driven with an attention to detail
• Articulate and professional phone manner
